Over the years, we have established a fine reputation for our smoked salmon. Our product is made with cold smoke using a century-old recipe still used today in many select fishing clubs on the Ristigouche River. It is often served during hunting, fishing or observation activities. It can also be delivered using priority post to Canadian locations.
Our smoked salmon is packed in vacuum-sealed bags and sold in packages of approximately one pound. Please note that the fillets have not been sliced in order to maintain their flavour. It is available for $23/pound ($50.72/kilo). Transportation fees not included.
